Frangos Travel acts only as Tourist Agency between suppliers and other contractors, therefore, assumes no responsibility for injuries, losses, damages, accidents, delays, or any other irregularities caused or arising beyond his control.
Important
All packages and travel services, roundtrips, excursions, transports, tickets, meals, etc. are provided by independent contractors, resp. local suppliers who will be subject to Greek law, rules, regulations and standards which will form the basis upon which to assess the performance of such services. Where land arrangements are included in the booking, the package shall be regarded as having been performed if local laws and Regulations have been complied with. Such independent contractors do not at any time act as agent or representatives of Frangos Travel. It is hereby clarified that Frangos Travel does not own or control any such independent contractors, makes no representation of any kind as to their performance and/or their suitability and does not undertake to supervise their activities. It is understood and agreed that any person using Frangos Travel services or activities shall be entering into a contract with the independent contractor and shall be deemed to agree and consent that any liability for any death, personal injury, illness, emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury to the guest or loss of or damage to property shall be the sole responsibility of the provider of such service or activity. Frangos Travel shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any act or omission of any such provider pertaining to, or arising from or in connection with such services or activities.
The Travelers must ensure that they have appropriate travel insurance for the entire duration of their holiday to be covered for cancellation, illness, death or personal injury, medical treatment, damage to and/or loss of luggage, repatriation etc.
Rates
All rates valid , are net in Euro , unless otherwise specified and subject to change without prior notice.
Payment
Only convertible foreign currencies can be accepted. All remittances must be effected without any bank charges , to

A deposit of 20 % of the total amount is payable upon reconfirmation of the requested arrangement at least 30 days, unless other payment conditions have been agreed upon.
The remaining amount, is payable before arrival and prior to comancement of services. If relevant deposits have not been established, Frangos Travel reserve the rights to refuse to honour orders / vouchers.
Cancellation
We do not charge cancellation fees, if advised for groups at least 60 days, for FIT s 21 days before arrival, unless other cancellation policy has been agreed upon
Refunds
Unused services will be refunded , providing Frangos Travel has optained reimbursement or similar credit from suppliers
